Gluten-Free Bagels
Ingredients:
ďż˝ 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

ďż˝ 1 tablespoon baking powder

ďż˝ 1 teaspoon salt

ďż˝ 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)

ďż˝ 1 egg (for egg wash)

ďż˝ Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
� Preheat your oven to 375�F (190�C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
ďż˝ In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Yogurt:
ďż˝ Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. The dough will be slightly sticky.
4.
Shape the Bagels:
ďż˝ Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball, then use your fingers to create a hole in the center, shaping it into a bagel.

ďż˝ Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.

Egg Wash and Toppings:
ďż˝ Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the bagels with the egg wash.

ďż˝ Sprinkle with your desired toppings.

Cool:
ďż˝ Allow the bagels to cool on a wire rack before serving.
